Great concept! Good Image. I think you could work on this to make it a lot better. Longer sp, and slowing down the turntable might help, so the flame makes the full circle. Slowing down the turntable may sound counter intuitive, but it should give you a more interesting shape to the flame. Try turning off the lights completely, giving it a full 30sec sp, and turning it slowly by hand. The fame should give you plenty of light to see Bob, back there and add a nice Rembrandt lighting effect/mood that will make the image more meaningful.
Turntables need to be clarity a little so we can encounter the fast shutter speed, perhaps shooting face down towards the turntables to get the faster shutter speed. Good photo!
