Okay, This is underexposed. try to isolate the tree by getting a close up shot and using a "frogs eye view" on the subject to make it more interesting for the subject. Remember the time of the day that is adequate for outdoor photography to make your image expose properly.
There is *too much* contrast to this photo. all it looks to be is a simple sillhouette. Too much blacks and middle greys. No bright whites. I'd expect more from you SeƱor Kostelecky :3
